Our short, 90 minute course that will introduce you into breathwork and meditation - explaining the importance of both techniques, and the different types of breathwork and meditation.

You will leave with some key skills to re set your nervous system.

INITIATION COURSE INTO EFFORTLESS MANTRA MEDITATION

Have you practiced meditation before but found it difficult? Or have you heard about meditation but haven’t given it a go?

We will help you learn how to meditate effortlessly and also fit it into your daily routine.

We offer an initiation into a meditation practice that is holistic as it includes breathwork practices as well that you can use to shift your energy.

We offer this course over 4 sessions to ensure that you are set up and ready to commit to this daily practice in your life.

BREATHWORK JOURNEYS

Our breath is part of our autonomic nervous system that we can consciously influence. By practicing with, and controlling the breath through different breathing techniques, (known as pranayama in the yogic tradition) we can attain instant and potent results from relaxation to invigoration to transcendence. This has the ability to enhance our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being as we first control and then calm our nervous system.

Our breathwork classes will be a combination of invigorating and calming breath, kriya yoga (the yoga of energy) and somatic practices to help shift energy. You will leave in a calmer, centered and more focused state.

All levels are welcome however strong breathwork practices are not suitable for those who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy or who have a heart condition.

We offer breathwork journeys throughout the year. You can book these through our schedule.

Breathwork journeys include Full Moon Journeys and Women’s Circles.
